XTRM Group is committed to promoting and maintaining a safe and respectful environment, ethical business relationships, transparent and respectful of applicable laws and regulations. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards that our customers, suppliers and partners must adhere to in all their interactions with XTRM Group.

Clients, Employees, Associates, and Partners involved in misconduct, abuse of administrative procedures, violations of XTRM Group’s policy or procedures, inappropriate behavior, intimidation, threats, violence, or other inappropriate actions at a gathering or in public, may be required to leave when their misconduct has a significant and negative impact on our ability to fulfill our mission or disrupt the overall environment that XTRM Group strives to achieve.

When it is established that an individual is involved in significant disruptive behavior, the person will receive appropriate sanction, including but not limited to counseling and education, warning, caution, suspension, or expulsion from XTRM Group. Criminal actions will be initiated if necessary.

Sometimes our employees are confronted with inappropriate Clients. In this case, you will politely inform the Client. If the behavior continues, the employee will refer the case to the Operations Management Office for assessment:

  • If the client needs to be assigned to another Associate and/or Partner, or if they need to be removed (temporarily or permanently) from the service and/or program.
  • If the client’s conduct is in violation of XTRM Group’s policy or could impact others besides the affected employee, the Operations Management Office will assess the situation.
  • If a client who is not currently on an employee’s client accounts has inappropriate behavior but is still registered at XTRM Group, a ticket will be created and sent to the Operations Management Office.
  • If a former client has inappropriate behavior and is no longer registered with XTRM Group, you should block or end the conversation with them.

SCOPE

This Code applies to:

  • All Clients of XTRM Group.
  • All suppliers and subcontractors providing goods or services to XTRM Group.
  • All business partners having a business relationship with XTRM Group.

By collaborating with XTRM Group, you agree to abide by these principles and incorporate them into your own business practices.


ETHICAL PRINCIPLES

  • Integrity and Transparency

Customers, suppliers, and partners must act honestly and transparently in all their interactions with XTRM Group. Any attempt at bribery, fraud or conflict of interest is strictly prohibited.

  • Privacy and Data Protection

Any confidential information shared by XTRM Group must be protected and must not be disclosed to third parties without written permission. Personal data must be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOUR STANDARDS

  • Working Conditions

Suppliers and partners must comply with local and international labor laws, including International Labor Organization standards. No forced labor, child labor or discrimination will be tolerated.

  • Health and Safety

Suppliers and partners must provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees. All necessary measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases must be put in place.


ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

All business partners must commit to reducing their environmental impact and complying with environmental laws. The responsible use of natural resources and the reduction of waste must be encouraged.


COMPLIANCE AND PENALTIES

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of the contract or business relationship with XTRM Group.

XTRM Group reserves the right to conduct audits or compliance audits of its customers, suppliers and partners ONLY in connection with improving its work with third parties.


REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Anyone with knowledge of a violation of this Code may anonymously report the facts to the Operations Management Office of XTRM Group via the following email: hello@xtrm.group

This Code of Conduct takes effect immediately and must be complied with by all parties involved.
