David Muanda

Founder and Managing Partner of XTRM Group, Mr. Muanda is an entrepreneur, business development and strategy professional who helps organizations move from ideas to impact. With a focus on teamwork and confidentiality, he leverages his bilingual skills to provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations. His passion for knowledge sharing and a client-centric approach drive his success. He considers himself a bridge-builder, connecting businesses with opportunities in Africa.

David specializes in guiding businesses seeking to expand or outsource operations to Africa. He works closely with decision-makers to develop and implement strategies that foster sustainability, growth, and stability.

In his career, Mr. Muanda has had massive success as an entrepreneur. He co-founded Friendina College in 2020 and continues to lead this company as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since December 1, 2022. Few years later, he founded XTRM Group in 2024 and still serves as its Managing Partner, effective June 1, 2025. David is also the Founding President of Muanda Foundation, his philanthropic organization he started in July 2017 in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

David also serves as a freelance Senior Business Advisor for Africa Digital Comms since July 9, 2021. He holds both an Associate and a Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho as well as multiple Certifications from the same school. As a young man, he served a two-year (2019-2020) voluntary full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Republic of Kenya. He is married to Noelly Muanda.
