XTRM Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 100% of the ownership stakes of hMeta PM, LLC., a real estate and property management company operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This strategic acquisition marks an important step in XTRM Group’s continued expansion within the real estate and infrastructure sectors, strengthening its capacity to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable property management solutions across the country.
Founded in May 1st, 2023, on a shared vision of excellence and operational integrity, hMeta PM, LLC. has built a solid reputation in property management, facility operations, and real estate services. With this acquisition, all assets, contracts, and management operations of hMeta PM, LLC. will be fully integrated into XTRM Group’s Properties Division, which will now operate under the XTRM Group brand and will therefore change its founding date to May 1st, 2023, effective immediately. Under the XTRM Group umbrella, the newly integrated XTRM Properties division will focus on:
- Expanding property management and maintenance services across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors;
- Developing innovative real estate investment and advisory solutions;
- Strengthening project management capabilities for large-scale real estate and infrastructure developments;
- Ensuring compliance with sustainable building and management standards.
