XTRM Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 100% of the ownership stakes of hMeta PM, LLC., a real estate and property management company operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This strategic acquisition marks an important step in XTRM Group’s continued expansion within the real estate and infrastructure sectors, strengthening its capacity to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable property management solutions across the country.
Founded on a shared vision of excellence and operational integrity, hMeta PM, LLC has built a solid reputation in property management, facility operations, and real estate services. With this acquisition, all assets, contracts, and management operations of hMeta PM, LLC will be fully integrated into XTRM Group’s Real Estate Division, which will now operate under the XTRM Group brand.
