We are pleased to announce the appointment of three dedicated members of the XTRM Group team to new responsibilities, effective September 1, 2026, as part of our continued efforts to strengthen our leadership, expand our professional capabilities, and enhance the value we deliver to our clients and partners.
Noelly Muanda has been appointed Junior Partner, taking on an expanded role in contributing to the firm’s strategic development, partnership initiatives, and continued growth. Dass Ndaya and Samuel Muanda have both been appointed Senior Associates, assuming greater responsibilities in supporting client engagements, projects, business development, and the execution of XTRM Group’s advisory, consulting and business services.
These new responsibilities reflect more than professional progression; they are part of our broader commitment to developing talent from within, entrusting capable professionals with greater responsibilities, and building a strong team capable of supporting businesses, investors, institutions, and partners across diverse markets.
